Returns:

It is vital to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must be in saleable condition and not used or seals broken.

You must contact us by e-mail for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to sender. We cannot guarantee a proper credit without an RMA number. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on unauthorized returns without an RMA number or refused and returned to sender.

You are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Any shipment that is refused upon or after delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For items damaged during shipping, you must contact us within one week of delivery for further instructions.

Cancellations: Orders may not be cancelled once they are in the process of shipping. Order cancellations must be e-mailed prior to shipment processing.

Shipping

All orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). For order status inquiries you must contact us via e-mail

Opened bottles, nipples, sippy cups, snack traps, potty seats, potty seat covers, and pacifiers cannot be returned due to health reasons.

We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

Shipping:

We have a flat rate shipping fee for FedEx Ground or UPS ground of $7.95 and FREE UPS or FedEx GROUND shipping for orders over $99.99 HI, Virgin Islands, PR, APO & FPO orders are a flat rate fee of $9.95.

Sales Tax:

Best Baby Gear is required by law to collect 8.75% sales tax on products shipped to residents of California.
